What You’ll Do
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and resume databases
Screen applicants for work history, reliability, and job-specific requirements
Conduct phone interviews and assess fit for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, packers, forklift drivers, and general labor
Schedule interviews, coordinate start dates, and maintain accurate candidate records
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams
Support recruiters with onboarding tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in staffing, sourcing, or high-volume recruiting (preferred)
Strong communication and people-skills
Ability to evaluate work history and identify red flags
Cmfortable working with metrics and fast turnaround times
Knowledge of light-industrial roles is a plus
