Looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician to help keep our property in exceptional condition.

Responsibilities
Perform general property maintenance and repairs
Maintain landscaping, lawns, trees, flower beds, and irrigation
Inspect and repair buildings, fences, gates, lighting, and walkways
Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Prepare the property before and after events and guest stays
Keep equipment and maintenance shop organized
Respond to maintenance issues as they arise
Assist with seasonal projects and property improvements
Qualifications
Previous maintenance, facilities, ranch, or property management experience preferred
Comfortable using power tools and maintenance equipment
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work independently
