Position Requirements:
Previous experience in a door manufacturing facility is preferred.
Strong carpentry skills and understanding of wood species, measurements, and cuts
Ability to operate mill machinery, including:
Table saws
Panel saws
Routers
Sanders
Experience with door components, such as:
Stiles, rails, and panels
Laminated cores
Veneers
Jambs and casings
Must know how to use hand tools: drills, nail guns, clamps, chisels, tape measures, squares, etc.
Ability to read and follow production specs and measurements
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced mill environment
Job Duties:
Cutting, shaping, and preparing wood and door components
Assembling door frames and cores
Sanding, trimming, and prepping materials for finishing
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Half‑day on Saturday
Pay-Starting 17.00 hr.
