We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and motivated Mobile Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our team starting on a part-time, on-call basis. If you love working independently, helping people out of tough spots, and want to control your earning potential through a percentage-based pay structure, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide fast, safe, and professional roadside services including tire changes, fuel deliveries, jumpstarts, and lockouts.
- Must have prior, verifiable experience in mobile automotive repair or roadside assistance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities on the fly.
Required Equipment & Tools
To be considered for this role, you must already own and operate a reliable service vehicle equipped with the following:
- Commercial Car/Truck Lift or Heavy-Duty Jacks
(Capable of safely lifting vehicles for roadside tire changes).
- Complete Lug Nut Removal Tools
(Impact wrenches, flip sockets, lock removers, 4-way lug wrench, and 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm sockets with breaker bar, etc).
- Approved Fuel Transport Tank/Containers
(For safe and legal on-site fuel deliveries).
- Approved Jump Box
(1500 amp or greater portable jump box and jumper cables 6 gauge or thicker.)
- Automobile Tire Inflator
- Automobile Lockout Kit
