🚨We are hiring a FLOOR TECHS SUPERVISOR in San Antonio, TX! 🚨
At VERICLEAN SERVICES, we are seeking a Supervisor with experience in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.
✅ Requirements:
a) Verified experience in strip & wax floors in detail.
b) Floor polishing, floor buffing,
c) Top scrub and re-coat,
d) Carpet cleaning.
Must pass interview, practical exam, and VOE.
Legal documents to work in the U.S.
Own transportation.
Excellent communication with the supervisor.
✨ Responsibilities of a Floor Tech Supervisor ✨
👷♂️ a) Supervise our Floor Tech teams at different sites.
🎓 b) Provide on-site training and coaching to new and current technicians.
🧹 c) Correct and improve work procedures (when necessary).
🗒️ d) Report daily activities to the immediate supervisor.
⏰ e) Ensure technicians' timely attendance and daily field work with different clients.
🕒 Schedule:
Depending on the project, hours may vary from 7:00 pm to 6:30 am. During this period, the supervisor must be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and with the quality expected by the client. Every day before going to work in the field, they must report to the office or their immediate supervisor to coordinate any work-related activities, personnel, or materials.
💵 Pay: $24 – $25 per hour.
