Inside Overhead Crane Operator – Manufacturing Environment TEXT OVERHEAD CRANE TO 210-689-5959

**Schedule:** Full‑time | Multiple shifts available

### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Operate overhead cranes** to move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility
- **Follow safety protocols** including lockout/tagout, load limits, and equipment inspections
- **Perform basic equipment checks** before and during operation
- **Communicate with production teams** to ensure smooth material flow
- **Assist with general warehouse or production tasks** when needed
### **Required Experience**
- **Overhead crane operation experience** in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to safely lift, move, and position heavy loads
- Strong understanding of **workplace safety standards**
- Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and work independently
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
### **Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior certification in **crane operation**
- Experience with forklifts or other material‑handling equipment
- Familiarity with production workflows and quality checks
Schedule Day Shift is Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:45pm with some mandatory overtime $17.25 per hour with pay increase after 30 days with perfect attendance
Schedule for Night Shift Monday through Friday 6:30pm to 3:45am with some Mandatory overtime $17.90 per hour with a pay increase after 30 days with perfect attendance
