12:00 PM- 10:00 PM (Full-Time Shift)
Position Summary:
We are seeking professional, detail-oriented Janitorial Technicians to support the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial facilities. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and
professionalism.
As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that all assigned facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
Key Responsibilities:
—Perform routine and detailed cleaning of commercial facilities
—Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
—Clean and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
—Remove trash and replace liners in designated areas
—Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch points
—Clean glass surfaces, doors, and entryways
—Follow established cleaning procedures, schedules, and safety
standards
—Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance or supply needs
—Ensure all assigned areas meet company quality standards
Required Qualifications:
•Minimum 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
•Dependable, punctual, and professional in conduct
•Reliable transportation required
Physically capable of performing cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting)
•Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
•Experience in office buildings, medical facilities, or retail environments
•Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
