**Job Duties:**
β Complete apartment turns from move-out to move-in ready
β Paint, patch drywall, repair flooring, replace fixtures
β Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and maintenance repairs
β Complete work orders and unit inspections
β Maintain quality standards and a clean work area
**Requirements:**
πΉ Multifamily maintenance / make ready experience preferred
πΉ Strong troubleshooting skills
πΉ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
πΉ Must have **reliable transportation and a valid driverβs license**
