We are currently hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a busy tire retreading facility in San Antonio.
If you have experience repairing mechanical equipment, troubleshooting machinery, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and production equipment
Perform preventative maintenance
Replace bearings, chains, rollers, belts, motors, and other mechanical components
Inspect equipment and identify mechanical issues before they become major problems
Use hand and power tools to complete repairs
Help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, diesel, agricultural, or heavy equipment environments
The ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems with minimal supervision
Experience working on conveyors, bearings, chains, rollers, gearboxes, motors, or similar equipment is a plus
Reliable transportation
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
This is a mechanical maintenance position, not apartment or residential maintenance.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
