We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining pools, ensuring proper water chemistry, inspecting equipment, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine pool maintenance services.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Identify and report equipment issues or repair needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations and findings
• Safely handle and transport pool chemicals.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Take payments from clients using Jobber software.
• Utilize Jobber software for job details & be willing to learn Jobber software
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year or more of pool service, maintenance, or related industry experience.
• Knowledge of pool water chemistry and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be able to understand how to use an iPad & various software.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Must be Rail TDLR Residential Appliance installer licensed
• Experience with pool equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial pool maintenance.
