SCREEN PRINT OPERATOR
FOR SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY
FULL-TIME POSITION – Days (7:00 AM to 4 PM) OR Night Shift (3:00 PM to Midnight – Some Overtime on Weekends)
PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE
Local screen-printing company looking for a Screen Print Operator. Experience with automatic presses preferred (manual press experience can be beneficial as well), but we are willing to train the right candidate. The operator must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be available to work Monday–Friday and some weekends.
Some on-site training available if needed.
Specific Responsibilities & Job Skills:
• Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses
• Load garments and ensure proper print placement
• Monitor ink consistency, registration, and print quality
• Perform quality control checks throughout production runs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and tight deadlines
• Follow work orders and specific job instructions carefully
• Dependability and a positive attitude are a must
Knowledge with M&R Equipment is a huge advantage!
