Make ready company is looking for an ambitious leader to run a construction crew.
Looking for someone that wants to grow with the company!
Must be reliable and able to work independently and as a team
Must be able to work at a fast pace while providing quality work with attention to detail
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have your own transportation and a working phone - NON-NEGOTIABLE (Preferably a truck)
Must be ok with working in occupied properties
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week
Will be hired on a temporary trial period.
Must have extensive knowledge in residential construction trade work.
If not, you will need to be willing to learn every aspect!
