We are currently hiring a Warehouse Lead for a busy distribution facility in San Antonio. This position will start working on the floor with the team and transition into a lead role supervising warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
• Lead and support warehouse team during shift
• Work alongside team picking, packing, and loading orders
• Ensure production goals are met
• Monitor workflow and maintain safety standards
• Assist supervisors with daily operations
Requirements
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Leadership or lead experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to work overtime when needed
