Experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily site activities and assist with punch list and warranty items.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain job site organization and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and oversee onsite activities with subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor job site and report updates.
- Run material and confirm drop offs when needed.
- Complete punch list and warranty task.
PUNCH LIST AND WARRANTY WORK
QUALITY CONTROL
SITE COORDINATION AND REPORTING
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in construction.
- Ability to read construction plans and specs.
- Ability to perform general handyman task.
- Valid drivers license with transportation.
- Local references.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Carpentry and handyman abilities.
- Basic drywall repair, patch and paint.
- Basic skid steer operating.
- Physically ability to work construction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On site daily 8AM - 5PM
Compensation:
- $5,000 per month
- Performance Bonus
