On April 22, I was at boat ramp #1 at Canyon Lake after being out on my kayak. There was a man with a dog, who he said was a cadaver dog and had helped out after the flood on the upper Guadalupe River last summer. They were just visiting the lake area. Their car was parked next to mine. They left before me. When I got back to the car, I found what looked like a nice headset in a hard case where their car had been parked. I checked in with the Canyon Lake office and even contacted the Kerr County Sheriff's office to see if they had any way to contact volunteers that had cadaver dogs looking for bodies in the flood debris. I gave them my contact info. No responses so far. Perhaps this posting will help me return it to him.
