Ranch property, with some wild grass and some regular lawn areas that need mowing, about every 2-3 weeks depending on if the grass is growing. Riding mower for the bigger areas, and a push-type mower for the small lawn areas. Weed whacking or trimming around the borders.
We're guesstimating about 2 acres total. You need to be a pro (even if you're a teenager), with all of your own equipment. Careful, clean, responsible.
