The house is vacant, so there is no furniture to move or work around. We plan to use one paint color with an eggshell finish throughout most of the house. Work will include basic preparation, minor wall repairs, cutting in, rolling, and cleanup.
We will supply the paint and can discuss whether you provide brushes, rollers, ladders, and other equipment.
This is a day-rate job rather than a fixed-price contractor bid. Please reply with:
