We are hiring a part-time Quality Checker to evaluate NEW subcontractor crews on their first job and second jobs. This is simple, light-duty work.

Pay: $100 per half day (2–4 hours)
Work is as-needed (only when new crews start).

This is NOT a labor job.
This is NOT climbing or heavy lifting.
This is a side gig for someone with experience in tree work, landscaping, or exterior cleaning.

YOUR JOB:
- Visit new crews on their first 1–2 jobs
- Watch their quality, attitude, speed, and professionalism
- Tell us if the crew is GOOD, COACHABLE, or should be CUT immediately
- Give quick tips ONLY if they are close (pressure washing angle, window streaks, cleanup, etc.)
- Protect our quality and catch problems early

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in tree work OR landscaping OR pressure washing
- Reliable transportation
- Eye for quality work
- Dependable and on-time
- Good communicator
- Bilingual is a plus
