We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Finishers to join our construction team. Concrete Finishers are responsible for placing, leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledge of finishing techniques, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces
Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
Set forms and ensure proper alignment and depth
Apply sealing and curing compounds as needed
Operate tools such as screeds, trowels, floats, and power finishers
Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces
Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and project specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher preferred
Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment safely
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Working Conditions
Outdoor construction environments
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
Exposure to dust, noise, heat, and cold weather
May require overtime and weekend work depending on project schedules
Preferred Skills
Experience with stamped, stained, or decorative concrete
Ability to read blueprints and grade measurements
Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards
