I am a fix-and -flip real estate investor. A general contractor is needed to oversee a residential home remodeling project from start to finish (from A to Z). The GC should be licensed, insured, and bonded, and should be able to pull permits.
The home will likely need updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, new paint, interior doors, and baseboards, etc. Framing windows, electrical, and plumbing updates may also be included.
