Role Overview:
This is a hands-on masonry and hardscape position. You will be responsible for building and installing outdoor features while maintaining quality workmanship and professionalism on-site.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Build and install patios, walkways, and paver systems
• Install and repair **driveways and sidewalks**
• Construct **retaining walls, columns, and structural features**
• Work with **chopped stone, flagstone, and natural stone installs**
• Perform **concrete work** (forming, pouring, finishing)
• Complete **driveway installations and additions**
• Assist with grading, leveling, and proper base preparation
• Mix and work with mortar, cement, and related materials
• Repair existing masonry, cracks, and structural issues
• Ensure proper drainage and water flow around installs
• Follow job scope and complete work efficiently and correctly
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Communicate with team and management as needed
Skills & Experience (Preferred):
• Experience in masonry, concrete, or hardscape installation
• Knowledge of pavers, stone, block, mortar, and concrete work
• Ability to read layouts and follow design plans
• Experience with grading and base prep
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials
• Reliable and detail-oriented
Must Have:
• Own truck (must be able to haul materials/trailer)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must provide SSN
• Reliable transportation
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Active pay app (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.)
• Basic tools/equipment (preferred)
