Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting with assisting in QuickBooks, and handling general office tasks. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Social Media and Sales Experience Tasks
Maintain and update records in QuickBooks, including invoicing, payments, and preparing proposals.
Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Social Media and Marketing Campaigns
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
