Role Overview:
This position is for hands-on landscaping work. You will be responsible for completing jobs such as lawn care, installs, cleanups, irrigation work, and tree services while maintaining quality and professionalism on-site.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Perform lawn care services (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• Install sod, mulch, rock, and plants
• Perform yard cleanups, debris removal, and property maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation systems (leaks, broken heads, valves, coverage issues)
• Repair and replace sprinkler heads, nozzles, valves, and drip lines
• Set, program, and adjust irrigation timers/controllers for seasonal changes
• Perform irrigation system inspections and startups/shutdowns
• Assist with basic drainage solutions and water flow issues
• Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Tree trimming, pruning, and shaping
• Safely cut down and remove trees when required
• Haul and dispose of tree debris, limbs, and brush
• Follow job scope and complete work efficiently and correctly
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Communicate with team and management as needed
Skills & Experience (Preferred):
• Experience in landscaping and outdoor labor
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, timers/controllers, valves, and basic drainage solutions
• Experience with sod, mulch, planting, and general installs
• Experience with tree trimming, pruning, and cutting down trees is REQUIRED
• Knowledge of safe cutting techniques and tree handling
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Dependable and able to follow directions
Must Have:
• Own Truck
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must provide SSN
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Vehicle Insurance
• Must have pay app (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.)
• Own basic tools/equipment (chainsaw, trimmers, etc. preferred)

• Must show up on time and complete jobs as scheduled
• Must be able to represent the company professionally on-site
