Automotive Repair / Maintenance Company is seeking reliable, experienced Automotive Mechanics for hands-on service work.

Role Overview:
This position is for hands-on automotive work. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while maintaining quality workmanship and professionalism.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Diagnose engine performance issues
• Diagnose check engine lights and fault codes
• Perform brake repairs and replacements
• Identify and repair suspension and steering problems
• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and tune-ups
• Repair or replace alternators, starters, and batteries
• Diagnose electrical issues (wiring, fuses, relays)
• Perform cooling system repairs (radiators, hoses, thermostats)
• Identify and repair exhaust system issues
• Diagnose basic transmission issues
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections
• Use diagnostic scanners and mechanical tools properly
• Troubleshoot noises, vibrations, and warning indicators
• Identify leaks (oil, coolant, transmission fluid, etc.)
• Load/unload tools and equipment as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Communicate with team and management as needed
Skills: Experience (Preferred):
• Strong experience in automotive repair
Small engine experience is a plus!
• Knowledge of diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
• Experience using diagnostic tools and scanners
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Dependable and able to follow directions
Must Have:
• Own Truck
• Valid Driver’s License or ID
• Must provide SSN
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Vehicle Insurance
• Must have pay app (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.)
• Own tools and equipment
