**Position Overview:**
We are looking for hands-on landscapers who can handle residential outdoor jobs including **lawn care, landscaping installs, cleanups, irrigation repairs, and tree work**. Must be able to follow the job scope, work efficiently, and maintain a professional attitude on-site.
**🌱 Job Duties May Include:**
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Installing sod, mulch, rock, plants, and landscape materials
• Yard cleanups, debris removal, and property maintenance
• Diagnosing irrigation leaks, broken heads, valves, and coverage issues
• Repairing sprinkler heads, nozzles, valves, and drip lines
• Setting and adjusting irrigation timers/controllers
• Irrigation inspections, startups, and shutdowns
• Assisting with basic drainage and water flow issues
• Trimming shrubs, hedges, and trees
• Pruning, shaping, and maintaining trees
• Cutting down and removing trees when needed
• Hauling off limbs, brush, and outdoor debris
• Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
**✅ Preferred Experience:**
• Lawn care and landscaping experience
• Sod, mulch, rock, plant, and material installation
• Irrigation repair and troubleshooting
• Tree trimming, pruning, and removal experience
• Safe cutting and proper tree handling knowledge
• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
**🚛 Must Have:**
• Own truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Must provide SSN
• Must have CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or similar pay app
• Own basic tools/equipment preferred, such as chainsaw, trimmers, and outdoor tools
