We are looking for someone (one person position not a team) who can DO ALMOST EVERYTHING!
Here are some of the things you should know to do:
Kitchen Remodels
Bathroom Remodels
Landscaping
Lot clearing
Demolition of small buildings
New or repair fences
New or roof repairs
Concrete pad/Extension of sidewalk installs or repairs
Build patios, sheds, pergolas
Painting exterior and/or interior of homes, rooms etc
Cabinet Installs or refacing
Sprinkler system install and repairs
Welding
Simple Plumbing repairs
Flooring replacement
Window installation or replacement
Carpet cleaning
Home and apartment prep cleaning
Requirements:
• Dependable, hardworking, respectful
• Strong knowledge of all phases of home construction and home remodeling
• Must be a man/woman of your word and take pride in your work
• Reliable transportation IS A MUST
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Details:
• Full-time work
• Pay is negotiable, based on experience
• Immediate start available
Our hours are typically Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hr break for lunch.
