**Position Overview:**
We are looking for hands-on workers who can complete quality outdoor masonry and hardscape projects, including **patios, walkways, pavers, stone, block, concrete, and retaining walls**. Must be able to follow the job scope, work efficiently, and maintain a professional attitude on-site.
**🛠️ Job Duties May Include:**
• Build and install patios, walkways, and paver areas
• Construct retaining walls, columns, stone, and block features
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Install flagstone, natural stone, and decorative hardscape materials
• Assist with grading, leveling, and base preparation
• Mix and work with mortar, cement, and related materials
• Repair cracks, damaged masonry, and existing hardscape areas
• Make sure drainage and water flow are considered during installs
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate with team and management as needed
**✅ Preferred Experience:**
• Masonry, concrete, and hardscape installation experience
• Pavers, stone, block, mortar, and cement work
• Retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor features
• Grading, leveling, and proper base prep
• Ability to follow layouts and project plans
• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
**🚛 Must Have:**
• Own truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Must provide SSN
• Active pay app such as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or similar
• Basic tools and equipment preferred
