Must have valid Texas driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle. Be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to build business relationships. Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgement based on the principles of sound management. Good customer service and phone skills are essential. Ability to comfortably meet new people, build and maintain relationships. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and maintain database. Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Reports to Owner of agency. Prepare and actively work weekly/monthly marketing plans. Meet with referral sources on an ongoing basis. Maintain database in the required software of referral contacts. Create and present Power Point and other types of presentations. Attend weekly administrative meetings. Attend/complete any mandatory/required training. Meet deadlines. Meet or exceed financial growth goals as set by supervisor. Other duties as assigned.
