Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical skills, and commitment to quality will drive our production processes forward. Duties
Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate production specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintain machine calibration and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs or adjustments.
Document production data accurately, including shift reports, quality control logs, and machine operation records.
Requirements
Experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC machines, stamping presses, or fabrication equipment in a factory setting.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments effectively.
Certification or experience with forklift operation is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
Knowledge of safety standards related to machining, welding, fabrication, and materials handling.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or assembly line environment is preferred.
