CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: San Antonio, TX

Shift Hours: 

Monday - Thursday 6pm - 4am

Friday - 4pm - 12am- and some Saturdays - only as needed.

Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in San Antonio, TX for the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.)
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH STRUCTUAL STEEL
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors or malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Complete shift reports and documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience operating CNC machines (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight
