We are looking for a Maintenance Lead to guide a small team of Maintenance Technicians in an industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in equipment maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance. Specific experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment is necessary for success in this position.

Performs a variety of mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting functions that include, but are not limited to fabrication, modification, installation, testing, calibration, maintenance and repair of parts, sub-assemblies or equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain the manufacturing facilities.
· Troubleshoots/repairs and adjusts pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and components.
· Conducts and documents tests or calibrations on systems and equipment to determine compliance, reliability and to identify potential problem areas.
· May be required to operate lift truck to move materials.
· Performs preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
· Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Attention to detail.
· Understanding and commitment to Lock-Out/Tag-Out System.
· Higher level of mechanical and electrical aptitude.
· Able to read shop drawings and specifications as they pertain to parts to be manufactured.
· Competent at basic dimensional measuring including reading a tape measure and ruler.
· Read, write and communicate in English.
· Demonstrate competency in basic shop math.
