Temporary Shuttle Driver- 3 Months (San Antonio, TX)

Kelly is seeking Shuttle Drivers
Location: San Antonio, TX 78225
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Start Date: Monday, 4/20)

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ($18/hour)
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 pm – 1:00 am ($19/hour)
• 3rd Shift: 1:00 am – 9:00 am ($19/hour)

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable Shuttle Drivers to join our team in San Antonio, TX! As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain punctual schedules, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company shuttles on scheduled routes and provide courteous transportation to passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety standards.
• Complete route logs and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the shuttle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatcher and management regarding route changes or delays.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts.
• Previous driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist passengers with mobility needs.
