You will be operating and maintaining production equipment, assemble products, and performs quality control checks to ensure items meet safety and industry standards. They are responsible for preparing raw materials, packaging finished goods, tracking inventory, and following precise production guidelines to maintain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery to manufacture products accurately.
Quality Assurance: Inspect components, calibrate mechanisms, and perform routine product testing to meet exact tolerances.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate production logs and follow strict safety and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols.
Material Handling: Stage raw materials, prepare items for shipment, and assist with packaging and labeling.
Typical Qualifications:
Must be able to work both 1st shift and 2nd shift. Shifts rotate.
Education: High school diploma or GED certificate
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and repetitively lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs.).
