I have really enjoyed owning this masterpiece. It has a tone of its own, not like a Vox, Fender, or Marshall, but it certainly has the classic Matchless chime.
This is not a Sampson era Chieftain. Rare configuration nonetheless.

I have not toured with this amp, and it lives in the corner of my bedroom, smoke free. Everything works as it should, and I am not in a hurry to sell. Reach out if you have any questions or would like to try out to purchase.
