Provides program administrative assistance to the Executive Director. Manages administrative operations for such program areas at HCS, ICF, DBMD, DAHS, VOC/REHAB, Supported Employment and the TDFPS Residential Children's Program. Tasks would include on-line reporting of data, organize and update internal program rosters, gather billing information for Finance purposes, complete and submit performance measures, licensing and contracting renewals, attend program meetings a needed. Gathers essential data and prepares operational reports. Organize interdepartmental operations. Collaborates with colleagues to implement administrative improvements. Acts in the place of the Executive Director, as needed. Agency has two large campuses, plus 21 community homes in the San Antonio area. Will work out of the south side campus, however, travel to agency's other facilities in the city will be required.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience. Excellent office and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, use initiative and act independently. Experience working in the field of IDD preferred.
