A National Company based in San Antonio is seeking a Receptionist for a fast paced environment. The incumbent must have exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to professionally handle a very large call volume, while assisting the Human Resources department. We are seeking someone with a professional and conservative image to serve as the first point of contact for our company.
Position Summary: Perform routine clerical and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, record keeping and shipping and receiving duties.
Supervision and Direction Received:
Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager
Supervision and Direction Exercised: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
2. Receive the public and answer questions, in person and by telephone.
3. Assist Human Resources Department with Verifications of Employment.
4. Updates employee address in our HRIS.
5. Assist Department with W2 reprints.
6. Logs in incoming calls for assignment of tickets into our CRM.
7. Other projects as assigned.
The incumbent must possess the following:
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer focus
• A professional and pleasant demeanor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multi tasks
• Be a team player
