We are currently looking for an A/R and A/P Billing clerk with some Trucking Company experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Start date - ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Trucking Management Software (TMS) systems such as Mcleod or Axon (preferred) as well as Hours of Service knowledge. You must be proficient with all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite and preference will be given to those with Quickbooks experience. We are looking for a responsible, dependable person with a strong work ethic!
Your duties will include:
Answering phones and directing calls to the proper people.
Invoicing and emailing customers and follow up on collections.
Processing accounts receivable.
Properly creating and maintaining files for all departments.
All other duties related to the office needs of a busy trucking company!
Compensation will be discussed during your interview. Insurance benefits are available after 60 days of employment. 1 Week of paid vacation is available after the first year of employment.
