Working for a health and life insurance broker. Work consists on:
1- Calling clients and/or potential clients
2- Assist on the upsell/cross-sell process of current policies - Transfer to broker when there is an interest or schedule appointment.
3- Enter policies in the system. Must be very detailed oriented
4- Assist on submission of documents when needed.
5-Assist on keeping office clean and suitable for business.
6- Others might apply according with the need of the business.
You need to be:
1- Proactive. Eager to learn
2- Computer savvy. Windows based. We will train
3- Enjoy helping people and be a team player
4- Must be Reliable and mature.
5- NO license required
6- Detailed Oriented.
Candidates with prior call center experience and who are bilingual Spanish are encouraged to apply.
