Online Transport is currently looking to fill an in-office secretary/assistant position
Job description and Duties:
-Track drivers' locations
-Enter info into various spreadsheets
-Respond to emails requesting updates on shipments
-Answer and redirect phone calls
-Assist dispatchers with load schedules
-File and sort paperwork
Requirements
-2 years experience in a secretary or office clerk position
-Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (our drivers mainly speak Spanish)
-Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-1pm (if it’s not so busy, usually out early)
