At Rimrock Management, we pride ourselves on helping our tenants keep their costs lows. Over almost three decades, we have helped several start-ups get off the ground. We are a family run business and we have multiple properties. This property has 6 other tenants and a new space pops up on average once per year, in case your business expands.

This medium sized office is 17 by 10 feet. the office itself is 170SF. Your portion of the common area is 50SF. Totalling 220
SF. You have access to the custom-tiled entryway, hallway, and two bathrooms. we can furnish the room with desk, file cabinet, decor, and a few other items.

All the tenants in the building are quiet and professional. No fumes or loud noises will be allowed in the space (or any other).

One year lease required.
$250 deposit.
$250 per month which includes all utilities and wifi

There are only 8 parking spaces in the parking lot. There is, however, ample street parking. Our tenants are rarely there at the same time. Usually, only two are there at the same time. Any potential tenant should only anticipate 1 guaranteed parking space. 90% of the time the parking lot has vacancy. All our current tenants are professional, quiet, and considerate. We encourage them to use common sense about the parking and to make sure spaces are saved for clients/guests/customers. They recognize when to park in the parking lot and when to park on the street. We expect the same professionalism and consideration from any new tenant.

I think you will be hard-pressed to find many other values like this. Remember this includes water, power, trash, and wireless internet. If you were to rent an office and pay for these on your own it would be around 200-300 per month for your bills. We choose our tenants carefully. They all coordinate to keep the common areas (restrooms) clean. At this low price, we expect tenants who take care of the property and communicate well with our other tenants.
