This is a Yakima LockNLoad Platform, size B (60x54) with rails and mounts. I bought this for a road trip through the SouthWest and ended up using a cargo box instead. Comes with the platform, all four rails, mount adapters, and the mounts to mount it on cross bars.

T-rails on the rack and rails allow for mounting of all kinds of accessories including awnings, tents, gear holders, eye bolts for strapping down, or whatever you want.
