I like to meet with all of my buyers in person first to go over how our deals work, what types of properties we get, and how they’re sent out. I believe in building real relationships and knowing who I’m doing business with before sending opportunities over.
Once we’ve met, you’ll receive a call, text, or email from me as soon as we get properties under contract. We do not publicly blast our deals online to random buyers for obvious reasons.
There are no fees, subscriptions, or commissions required to get on our buyers list or purchase a property through us.
Most of our deals sell within hours and are great opportunities for fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold investors.
