I am currently seeking long term employment as a cook/lead cook. I believe that with my experience in the kitchen, that I could bring a tremendous amount of help to any food Service organization. I have held management roles in the kitchen, where I have made schedules, purchased food stuffs, managed temp logs, created menus, cooked and served people in their rooms. I have also gained knowledge about different diets, and I am always looking to learn more to further my craft.
