House needs to be 3 bedroom 1 to 2 bathrooms, needs to have a fenced back yard. It’s just my son and I and his fur babies. House does not need to be newer home older pier and beam or mobile home. If it’s a mobile home I prefer it be a double wide. We are very private people and would preferred it be out of city limits or a secluded area. My budget on rent is between 800 to a 1000 a month.
