Looking for an owner financing option with little to no down. Preferably something with a decent yard or some property and a fence as we have dogs. Or willing to have one put up.
Willing to do whatever is necessary to get into something that we can truly call our own for the first time.
We have bad credit and I’m currently in a chapter 13.
