We are looking to buy a 3/2 mobile home for our family... No Banks, No Credit Checks or Rental History requirements. Looking for a home that is already set in park/location that doesn't have to be moved. It can be an older mobile that may need some Tlc but not too many repairs.
Would like to secure it with a down payment of $3000 or below and have monthly payments with lot included of no more than $1700 total. Please send details if you have anything fitting that description. Thank You
