Large Master Suite w/ Private Bath available for Rent in Single-Family Home - Quiet Neighborhood - Utilities Included - Garage Parking Available
We are sisters living in a 3BR house off of Guilbeau & 1604. Seeking to rent out the master suite, which is a 12x15' room with a private bathroom. Male or female renter acceptable (NO COUPLES). Potential roommate should be a non-smoker or smoke outside only. Preferably someone who prefers to relax in their own space and occasionally socializes in the common area. We have one 11-year old cat. We may consider your pet on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon compatibility.
