I have a room available for rent on my new mobile home, I am located at a subdivision 12 mins away from Pleasanton TX. The subdivision is called "Las Maravillas". The rent is $800 with all bills paid and includes: water, electricity, WiFi, washer and dryer inside. I'm pretty laidback and I only ask for the main things: 1- You need to have a job 2- Drama free 3- No drugs or alcohol addiction please 4- You need an official ID to rent it. I require a $300 deposit in advance with the rent. I'm a very respectful male who works a lot so I won't bother you much. Only one person please ( No couples)
