One individual wanted to be roommates with 2 others. The house is 2314 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with 2 car garage for storage of certain items.

The bedroom is completely furnished with a queen size bed, chest of drawers, TV, and chair. This bedroom shares a bathroom. Kitchen is supplied with pots, pans and dishes.

Washer and dryer are provided on second floor
Everyone has a refrigerator for their food storage.
Keyed locks on all doors for apartment like privacy. Surveillance cameras are around the house for added security.
Back yard has a BBQ pit and patio table.
All bills paid to include:

Trash disposal twice a week
1 GB Wi-Fi internet service
Keep Cold at night 3+ blankets and heaters available for residents
Temperature kept at 75 degrees when no one is home or during the working hours.
