RENTAL AD
I have a bedroom and bath in my home for rent. This will be a month to month rental with a damage deposit. Rent is $700 per month deposit is $200 which is refundable after move out. Home is located in N.C. San Antonio, just north of the airport. Between Hwy281 and I-35 just off JonesMaltsburger and Bitters. Close to Wurzbach parkwy for easy Med center travel. Great central location near HEB = Home Depot.
You get a small bedroom at the front of home with a bathroom next to it. My bedroom is at the back of the home. Plus off-street parking.
You get usage of the kitchen, dining, pantry space along with laundry. Bedroom has TV (you will need your own channel access. You will get Wi-Fi password, window with blackout curtains and a 8’ walk in closet with lots of hanging and shelf space. Plus 2 three drawer dressers (If you want). And a large twin bed, mattress/foundation frame. If you need/want more furniture you can bring/purchase. I do have folding chairs-stools that can be moved in.
You cannot bring any pets of any kind, no drugs, no smoking, no parties, no guest (unless I am forewarned) any of these will cause me to cancel our rental agreement.
Rent will be due every 30 days from move in as cash, postal money order or PayPal, nothing else.
